

Lemon Rosemary Margarita
Ingredients

Juice of 8 - 10 Lemons

24 ounces Sparkling Water

*A splash of Simple Syrup (1 to 2 tbls)

4 ounces White Tequila

4 Springs of Rosemary
Directions

Combine all except the rosemary, mix well and refrigerate. When well chilled, place a sprig of rosemary in each of 4 glasses and cover with the mixture.
*(to make heavy simple syrup, use 1 c of water to 2 c of sugar. Place ingredients in a pan and bring to boil. Stir until dissolved then cool)
*(to make thin simple syrup, put 1 c water and 1 c of sugar in a bottle and shake until dissolved.)
